I found something I thought I would give a try, it's called 100 Questions and I found it here: Sunday Stealing! I kind of am jumping in in the middle of it, but here you go: Get to know me a little better
Part 3: Past
34. What do you consider the most important event of your life so far? I would consider the day that I married my husband for time and all eternity the GREATEST and MOST important event of my life time.
35. What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My greatest achievement...hmm that is a tough one, I would say that right now my greatest achievement is the fact that I am alive, that I am on the path to recovery and that I am getting the help that I need
36. What is your greatest regret?
The fact that I let myself go as far as my bipolar goes for 2 years, I really wish I could have a do-over, that I could make things that I did disappear and not happen.
37. What is the most evil thing you have ever done?
Seriously would be wishing Karma bite someone in the A$$, and wishing them to be bit HARD and not in a good way.
38. When was the time you were the most frightened?
That would be a nightmare that I don't remember just remember sitting straight up in bed screaming.
39. What is your best memory?
My best memory is the day my husband and I met face to face, he came up to my house in Sunset and I was peeking out the windows waiting for him to come. I sneaked a peek out the window and he caught me. I will always remember the grey jacket he was wearing that day.
Part 4: Beliefs And Opinions
40. Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic?
It depends on the situation. I would say I used to be mostly pessimistic, but with all the changes in my life I am trying to be more and more optimistic.
41. What is your greatest fear?
Losing my husband.
42. What are your religious views?I am LDS/Mormon, but am inactive at the moment. I will always believe, but have some issues with people in the church.
43. State a random opinion?
I dislike the President, I don't think he has done a very good job.
44. What are your views on sex? Love it! I was raised to believe that sex should be between a husband and wife only after they are married. However I am of the opinion that certain people (namely my brother) should have to live together before they get married. I love sex with my husband, it can be a truly amazing event that moves me to tears.
45. Are you able to cook? I wasn't 7 years ago, but I would say I am a fairly good cook now, my husband can eyeball things and come up with awesomely amazing things from scratch, I usually need a recipe, but am trying.
46. In your opinion, what is the most evil thing any human being could do? Raping or murdering someone
47. Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love?Absolutely! I found my soulmate and my one true love.....my husband
48. What do you believe makes a successful life? Having someone you love by your side, being happy in your job and being happy with yourself.
49. How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings? I have a hard time expressing myself sometimes, I am trying to do better but there I said it. I tend to keep things bottled up.
50. Do you have any biases or prejudices?I am prejudiced against illegal aliens living scotch free in my country.
51. Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances? Why do you refuse to do it?
That's a tough one. Not sure about that though, I refuse to give up :-)
52. Who or what, if anything, would you die for (or otherwise go to extremes for)?
Friends, family, and my people.
I would die for my husband.
Thanks so much for posting this, i love learning things about people!
ReplyDeleteA while ago i was going to ask you if you were LDS, but it seemed a bit forward. i was raised LDS, but husband, son and i aren't any more. i hope whatever path you take brings you happiness.
So,you don't like the President...don't have to ask you who you are voting for tomorrow! About half my family basically bows down and worships Romney! :) It's going to be a close one.
i don't think i told you this before, but i have mental health problems too....mostly Border, which for me means alot of anxiety, depression, self-injury, etoh abuse, etc.
Anyhow, looking forward to more!
Thank-you Tracy. Yes I was raised LDS even served a mission, but have been inactive for the past few years. I don't really get into the whole 'political thing' as politics just plain and simply don't interest me. I have a lot of anxiety, but just learned a really cool method to help 'ground' me, it's in my post for today.
DeletePS You husband sounds just like mine in the cooking department!
ReplyDeleteMy husband is a genius in the kitchen....I'm learning slowly but surely but still need measuring spoons etc.
