Here we go

To get a better idea of what is going on please read: http://waiting4sunshine.blogspot.com/p/my-story.html This is a very sensitive topic, I don't need pity, I just wanted to record my journey in case anyone else needs help or is going through something similar.
So I am on my way to recovery now.  I am going into a partial hospitalization program tomorrow to get the help I need.  This is scary for me yet I know it needs to happen.  I am however feeling pretty good today.  Saw my primary Dr and he gave mineral liquid to take which got rid of my headache.  Also got mel the L-methionine which helps dopamine levels.  Rob says its probably in my head but no roller coaster of emotions today, only cried while talking to intake lady a the mental health place....where I discovered that not having kids aparently is affecting me more than I realize.....yet another thing I have failed at.  So my Dr started me on Neuroreplete, theanine and Lithium orotate (natural version of Lithium as a mood stabilizer) yesterday.  I really think it has helped me aleady.  It is basically amino acids for brain health.  Read an interesting blog today about it. you can find it here: http://raygartononline.com/notes/medsnotes.html  The guy was able to go off all meds and it eliminated his chronic pain.  We shall see.  I think for now I do need meds to get me back under control.  The Doctor I see is a Naturopath, and likes to use Natura l/Homeopathic Remedies, he does see a place for medications, but he told me that eventually all I will need is the Neuro and Lithium and other stuff for moods etc.  Which makes me happy.
So the new stuff I have added this week:
Neuroreplete 4 capsules twice daily
L Theanine 2 capsules as needed for anxiety
Lithium Synergy 1 capsule twice a day (building back up to 2 twice a day)
L Methionine (helps Dopamine levels) 1 capsule per day
Concentrated Trace Mineral Drop Complex (40 drops twice a day in water)

Is there an artist whose early demise surprised and saddened you?   Not an artist but Heath Ledger's death really shocked me and took me by surprise.  He is one of my all time favorite actors. 5) Billie was known as "Lady Day." Do you have a cool nickname? (If not, feel free to give yourself one right now.)   No cool nicknames, as a kid I was "Woodie or Fruitcake".....don't ask LOL 6) When was the last time you had the blues?   ...

Who Are you?

Sunday stealing  Who Are you? Part 7 – It is Over!  Part 7: Self Image 84. Describe the routine of a normal day for you:   I wake up at 6:00am, take a shower, get ready for the day, then I go downstairs and feed the critters, and make breakfast for hubby and I.  We usually leave the house by about 7:30ish and I drop my husband off at work.  Then I work (I'm a Pet Groomer) until about 3:30 or 4:00ish then I leave for home and go get my hubby from work.  Then I come home and make dinner, feed the critters, work on cleaning the house a little and we usually head to bed about 8:30ish or 9:00. 85. What is your greatest strength as a person?   I am a very compassionate and have a big heart 86. What is your greatest weakness?   Interrupting people when they are talking 87. Are you going to run for President in 2016?   Nope, I don't care about politics all that much 88. Are you generally self-contained? No, I do like to talk, except t...
