๐ŸŒฟ What I’ve Learned About CBD After 100 Days of Use

Posted in The Wellness Den | May 27, 2025

100 days. That’s how long I’ve been using CBD consistently. And let me tell you—it has truly changed the way I feel in my body, mind, and spirit.

When I first started this journey, I was hopeful… but skeptical.

Could something natural actually help with stress, mood, sleep, and focus?

Could it support me without numbing me out?

I’ve tried a lot of things in my wellness journey—some helpful, some not.

But after 100 days of CBD, I’m here to say: this is one thing I wish I’d started sooner.

✨ Why I Started Using CBD

  • My stress levels were through the roof

  • My sleep was inconsistent at best

  • My mood felt like a rollercoaster

  • And my nervous system never got a break

I was burnt out, anxious, and overwhelmed—even when things seemed fine on the outside.

I didn’t need a quick fix. I needed nervous system support.

Enter: CBD.

Specifically, Green Compass USDA Organic CBD, because sourcing and purity matter so much to me.

๐Ÿ’› What I’ve Noticed After 100 Days

๐Ÿง˜‍♀️ 1. I React Less, Breathe More

Before CBD, I was in fight-or-flight mode 24/7.

Now, I feel more centered. I still have hard days, but I don’t spiral the way I used to.

I respond with awareness instead of reactivity. And that has made all the difference.

๐ŸŒ™ 2. Sleep = Deeper + More Restorative

Falling asleep is easier. Staying asleep is more consistent.

I wake up feeling rested—not groggy.

My body finally feels like it has a “rest mode” again.

☀️ 3. My Mornings Are Calmer

CBD has become part of my morning routine alongside lemon water, gentle movement, and affirmations.

It sets the tone. It softens the edges. It helps me start the day with intention instead of anxiety.

๐ŸŒฟ 4. My Mood Is More Stable

I still feel emotions (thank goodness), but they don’t derail me the way they used to.

CBD helps smooth the highs and lows, making me feel more emotionally balanced and clear-headed.

๐Ÿ’ฌ 5. I Talk About It—Because It’s Helped

I didn’t expect to become so passionate about sharing CBD education.

But when something actually works—you want others to know.

So yes, I talk about it. I educate. I guide. I hold space for other women who are just beginning their CBD journey.

Because no one should have to live in constant overwhelm, exhaustion, or fear that they’re “too much.”

๐ŸŒฑ What I Use + Recommend

  • Green Compass CBD Nano Jellies (great for daily calm & focus)

  • Green Compass Full Spectrum CBD Oil (for deeper nervous system support)

  • CBD Roll-On or Topical Cream for tension and aches

I choose Green Compass because of their USDA Organic certification, third-party testing, and transparent farming practices.

Clean ingredients matter—and your body deserves the best.

๐Ÿซถ What I Want You to Know

CBD isn’t about escaping your life.

It’s about supporting your body so you can actually live your life—with more presence, peace, and power.

If you’ve been curious but unsure—this is your sign to explore it.

Ask questions. Start slow. Be consistent. Trust the process.

Your wellness is worth it.

Your calm is worth it.

You are worth it.

๐ŸŒฟ CBD and Hormones: What Every Woman Should Know

Posted in The Wellness Den | June 14, 2025 Let’s be real: being a woman comes with a lot of hormonal ups and downs. Mood swings. Fatigue. Bloating. Brain fog. Anxiety. Sleep issues. And don’t even get me started on the perimenopause rollercoaster. Whether you’re in your 20s or late 40s (like me!), hormones influence everything —your energy, mood, digestion, skin, cycle, and emotional balance. But here’s something most women don’t hear enough: CBD can help. Not as a magic pill or miracle cure—but as a powerful tool that supports your body’s natural rhythms and helps bring balance when everything feels off. ๐Ÿ’› What Happens When Hormones Are Out of Whack? When estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, or thyroid hormones get thrown off, you may feel: Anxious or irritable Wired but tired Struggling with sleep or concentration Sluggish digestion or metabolism Cravings, mood dips, and PMS from another planet Sound familiar?
